Located in Historic Ninety Six is 3200sqft of great home just for your family. Built in 1930, this house has plenty of early 20th century charm like, original glass door knobs on all doors, 5 ornate mantles, large rooms with high ceilings (they really help in the summer time), hardwood floors throughout, 4 bedrooms, & 2 bathrooms. Our family of 6 has really enjoyed the large bedrooms and closet space. Our children range from 3-14 and all of us have been able to take advantage of the space.
A great brick home with lots of space in a historic town with award winning schools. For viewing, pricing, or any other questions please email us at brooks521@nctv.com with "home" as the subject, or you can call me at 864.941.0137.

If you're not familiar with this quaint southern town you're missing out. Ninety six is nestled just east of the city of Greenwood in Greenwood County, SC, and only an hour from Greenville, Anderson, & Columbia. Just minutes from Lake Greenwood, great golf courses, parks, & shopping Ninety Six is a great location for your family.
Boasting one of the top school districts in SC, Ninety Six is currently in the process of building a new Middle/High School facility. Year after year our schools are near the top of the lists for schools in SC. With great teachers, coaches, and faculty children from kindergarten to 12th grade are sure to get a great education as well as life guidance in Ninety Six.
Deep Revolutionary War history runs through our veins. One of SC's Revolutionary War battles took place right here at Star Fort in 96. The fort site has been greatly maintained and is a popular location for annual reenactments. People from all over the southeast come to reflect on our country's history and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Ninety Six's Revolutionary War site, Star Fort.
I'm proud to have been able to attend the schools, live, and raise my family in this great town. Now we're selling our home for someone else to enjoy this experience. Check out the pictures and email us if you have any questions.
